Return Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from DonnaDiva Equestrian Ltd but if you need to return your purchase, items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items should be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging with a note confirming the reason for the return. Please specify if you would like the goods replaced with a different colour or size or whether you would prefer a refund. You will have to pay the additional shipping costs to resend the parcel to you. We recommend that you fully insure the goods in case they get lost in the post. We won’t refund postage of returned goods unless the goods are faulty.
Exclusions to this policy are: – Made to measure items such as riding boots, riding hats (for health and safety reasons), special order items. We cannot refund sale items, but we are happy to provide an exchange or credit note.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately in not more than 7 days of receipt. If necessary, the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for checking. In these cases, please allow up to 28 days for the manufacturer to comment and get back to us. At this point the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have been already used or may replace. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for claims for faulty goods.
The return will be credited using your preferred method of payment when the returned goods have been received by us.
